Just call me your Budget Barista. I have been married for 20 years to the best man on this planet. He's sweet, caring, kind, but most of all he makes me laugh. We have Three adorable kids. A beautiful sweet pea girl, A 'superman' boy, and a love bug baby girl. We just love that we live where people vacation...where the ocean meets the sky. We live a wonderful life. I love my life and I thank Christ for giving it to me. Some random things about me are I enjoy baking, quilting, paper crafting, jewelry making, scrapbooking, and loving on my family. I am a Princess in the Kingdom of the King of Kings, diet coke drinking baby kisser. We are a homeschooling family but are part of a hybrid program where the children attend a 'classroom' 2 days a week and we do the rest at home. It's a blast. We also love to vacation and explore God's world around us. I think that's enough for now. :-)

Woodstock Weekend at the Costa Mesa Fairgrounds

In honor of the legendary 1969 music event, a Woodstock Tribute Weekend will be held the weekend before the Orange County Market Place in Costa Mesa closes for the annual Orange County Fair.

The Summer of Love Show will be on Saturday, July 10 and brings together six performers recreating the actual vibe, sound and feel of several rock legends from 1969’s Woodstock including Janis Joplin, John Fogerty, Sly Stone, Jim Hendrix and Arlo Guthrie to name a few.

Woodstock Mud performs on Sunday, July 11. The four member San Diego area based band will perform classic music of the 1960’s and 1970’s including the songs of renown musicians who took the stage at Woodstock

Concerts are at noon and 2 p.m. both days.

In addition tie dye vendors, other artisans, free face painting, hippie stilt walkers along with the hundreds of other Market Place vendors and attractions will be included.

Admission to the swap meet and the Woodstock Weekend shows are free with a canned food donation to benefit the Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County. Regular admission is $2 and free for children 12 and under.
