You can get outdoors and get some exercise for FREE at the Great Park Saturday. They’re offering Fitness Boot Camp, Tai Chi and Yoga classes in May.
Classes and parking are all FREE.
Here’s the schedule:
Saturday, May 29, 2010
8:30 a.m. Real Fitness Bootcamp
9:30 a.m. Tai Chi
10:30 a.m. Yoga
Note: Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
All persons under the age of 18 must receive written authorization by a parent or guardian.
